Elijah Armstrong is a graduate from Harvard Graduate School of Education who is an activist in education policy, fighting for other students to not have the same ableist educational experience that he had. Currently he is working on a project as part of receiving the Paul Hearne Emerging Leader award from AAPD. With the funds from the Paul Hearne Award, Elijah has started the Heumann-Armstrong Award for Education Activism.
