In the United States Thanksgiving was founded to commemorate some folklore, a meal of friendship about 400 years ago between Native Americans and pilgrims looking to stake out a place for themselves in the New World. The history isnâ??t really as important as the symbolism or the occasion TODAY to reflect on all the things in our lives we can or should be grateful for.
