Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we take about stricter rent control laws that are likely coming to the California's ballot.

"Justice for Renters Act" would end Costa Hawkins and allow for counties to place rent control laws on all residential properties and stop landlords from being able to set their rents to market when a new renter moves in.
