Yoga is all about the inward journey! Leah's inner journey over the last 25 years has included periods of intense grief, deep soul searching and healing, adventurous travels to India and training in the art and practice of yoga and meditation with several different instructors and gurus. Yinside Yoga is based in New Norway, Alberta, and Leah has recently started offering weekly classes in Bashaw as well. In Leah's words, "With a compassionate heart and through the practice of Yin Yoga, it is my mission to help others look within."
