112: How Letting Go of Criticism Leads to More Creativity with Meredith Bell

October 29, 2020

Today I’m in conversation with Meredith Bell, who describes how she was once blind to the impact of her own busy mind. Learning about the nature of thought created a meaningful shift that allowed her to slow down, gain perspective, and let go of criticism toward herself and others. Meredith shares personal insights from her unique entrepreneurial journey that opened the door to limitless creativity.
