S6.E4 Spring Strength Twists & Flow
Happy April! This ~75 Vinyasa Flow Practice leads you in lots of different kinds of Twists. Twisting Asanas (postures) are thought to reduced Kapha, or a sense of saturation that can build up in Winter. After a mellow warm up, practice Navasana (boat pose) arnd forearm place variations for core strength. Practice Sun Salutations that challenge leg endurance.
