We’re on a roll, the second episode of this seasons of Kernel of Truth has been released! In this episode we have invited Deb Millin to talk about the IT in the healthcare industry. We focus on new solutions in healthcare around AI and how all that affects the IT infrastructure requirements.

Deb Millin: Deborah Millin is a Senior Director of Healthcare Business Development, focusing on Smart Hospital Strategy at NVIDIA. Having previously led the Healthcare strategy at Mellanox, she is now responsible for growing revenue streams, creating new solutions, and growing the ecosystem of business partnerships that align to NVIDIA’s product portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she is helping healthcare organizations increase efficiency, become more competitive, raise the quality of patient and clinical safety and to become innovative organizations to best predict and anticipate a higher level of care with greater insights to patient outcomes.
Roopa Prabhu: Roopa Prabhu is an engineering leader and architect at NVIDIA. She and her team work on all things Linux kernel networking and Linux system infrastructure. Her primary focus areas in the Linux kernel are Linux bridge, Netlink, Routing, VxLAN, Lightweight tunnels and E-VPN data plane. She is involved in several Open networking communities – Linux kernel networking, Open Compute Foundation, netdevconf and the DENT project. Her past experience includes Linux clusters, High Performance Computing, ethernet NIC drivers and Linux KVM virtualization platforms. She has a BS and MS in Computer Science. Rama Darbha: Rama is the Director of Solutions Architecture at NVIDIA, formerly Cumulus Networks. He and his team help drive adoption of modern networking solutions. Starting with architectures and protocols, then moving to application integrations and finishing with ecosystem integrations, Rama and his team of networking solutions architectures try to help customers solve the most complex of infrastructure problems.
