Ring of Tyranny listeners, today you are in for a real treat. No, it's not another episode of The Chicago P.D. Files or The NWA Powerrr Files or even a #wrestlecastnation salute, within this episode is the world-premiere of the original High Chief demo tapes. "Who?" You may ask, or "What is High Chief?" Well, lucky you, you are about to find out! These demos were recorded in the mountains of the Shenandoah Valley in 2007 as the RSS-feed-owner made his way to New York City and stopped off to see his old friends who had moved there from Houston. He drove through ice and snow in the middle of a freezing night in February to start this band, a post Tra-La-Log & D.I.G.I.T.A.L. homage (which is Italian for tribute) to bands like Thin Lizzy, Rush, and Rainbow; You know, the good stuff! The RSS-feed-owner and the infamous Brothers Vacovsky really did get snowed in, and thus, trapped on the mountain that weekend. Somewhere between jamming Lynyrd Skynyrd and AC/DC songs with Uncle Joe and Rick the Truck-Driver they recorded this classic handful of tunes that has never been heard by the outside world...until now.
