As former three-sport athlete Robert grew up in sunny California, he learned the invaluable lessons of teamwork and overcoming odds to secure improbable victories. These early experiences laid the groundwork for his prosperous journey in sales and marketing, where he played a pivotal role in driving over $150 million in sales.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Robert spearheaded global launches and earned a string of prestigious awards for esteemed brands including Coca-Cola, Novartis Pharmaceutical, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

On the other side of the spectrum, Kay Lee's roots trace back to her family's feed store business. Her college years were intertwined with the family enterprise, observing her father's unwavering dedication to his business, even at the expense of precious family moments. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Business and working for a bank, Kay Lee's entrepreneurial spirit eventually led her to the role of Ambassador President at the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce.

In 2006, destiny brought Robert and Kay Lee together as a power couple. Their marketing consultancy took off, reaching new heights by assisting entrepreneurs in building sustainable and profitable businesses. Through their collaborations, they identified a significant challenge often overlooked by couples working together or entrepreneurs with life partners.
