Is that a good thing? Will Gildy find any privacy to read his letter? Even on his way to the office seems to offer nothing but distractions.
Floyd the barber shares the town gossip, and confirms the big government contractor who has come to town. Will Gildy be part of the big time wheeling and dealing? A home emergency calls Gildy home to calm the frantic situation, when Leroy has concocted a batch of nitro glycerin with his home chemistry set. Maybe Peavey can offer some professional advice? The government contractor may be able to solve the problem.
