You are helping women everywhere know and remember that we're not perfect looking all the time. That rolls when you sit down is normal. That lighting, angles, and posing go a long way. We need to STOP putting so much of our mental selves in the way others look. And instead, we need to value how we move more.

My goal for you this week is to find your confidence. To know that you can love yourself and work on yourself at the same time and to start putting a little less energy into the envying the Instagram "reality".
