In this week’s episode of Your Health Matters, I talk about how your back is not fragile. I was talking to my grandparents the other day and what the MD told my grandmother about her back and the perfect form when doing squats threw me off. 
 
I wanted to talk about this and what I know about the spine, pain, and movement so you are better informed about them.
