ALM 39: One Of The Biggest Steps You Can Take To Transform Your Life

Did you know there is a simple step you can take to transform your life?  Taking this action has helped to propel me to a whole new level, raise my vibration, and expand my consciousness.  Simply, I turned off the television.
In fact, it’s been over 12 years since I’ve had cable.  I used to love television and would watch my favorite shows over and over again.  But at one point, I became conscious of how I was wasting my life away.  I made a decision to stop watching TV for a week.  Instead, I did new things such as reading books, painting, and working out.  My world changed.
So how about you?  Do you have really big dreams and perhaps you’re not taking action?
HOW ARE YOU SPENDING YOUR TIME?
Take a hard look at how you’re spending your time.  After all, the average person will spend NINE YEARS watching TV during their lifetime!  Think of all those years you could have used to work toward your goals or spend with family and friends.  That is precious time you’ll never get back.
BECOME CONSCIOUS OF YOUR UNCONSCIOUS HABITS
Perhaps you didn’t even realize you spent that much time watching TV.  Now is the time to dive in and examine what it is that you’re watching.  Do the shows that you watch serve you or are they negatively impacting your energy?   Become conscious of what you’re feeding your brain with and how it makes you feel.  When you watch TV, you are literally being programmed.  Make sure you’re picking programming that aligns with the way you want to feel and the person you want to be.
At the end of the day, if something is important to you, you’ll find a way.  If it’s not, you’ll find an excuse.  Cutting out the TV or at least reducing it will help you increase your productivity and aid you in getting to where you want to be.  Make the most of this little time we have here on Earth.
