Today we catch up with Pamela Hopkins.  Pamela started her police career in 1998 with the Jacksonville PD in Arkansas and ended her career with the Sherwood PD after a total of 13 years in law enforcement.  During that time she served as a School Resource Officer, a D.A.R.E. Officer, a D.A.R.E. Mentor and even became D.A.R.E. Officer of the Year.

This episode even has some "stupid officer" stories, involving self-inflicted gunshot wounds and shooting televisions.  We talk about a "sexual assault" where the "victim" was more than a willing participant.  And discuss the highs and lows of being a School Resource Officer.  You can't save everybody, but you sure try!

After all the cop stuff, we shift gears a bit and talk about Pamela's music career and what's going on there.  She shares a couple of her incredible songs with us and gives us a glimpse into the music industry.
