On Tuesday, San Franciscans headed to the polls to cast their ballots on two major ballot measures that sound like conservatives could have written them. Proposition F and E would mandate drug screening for individuals who receive public benefits and would make it easier for police to chase down criminals. On today’s episode of The Spectator P.M.
