Irene Frances Olson -- Honoring My Father

July 27, 2019

Irene Frances Olson is the author of "Requiem for the Status Quo", a fictional account that doesn't hold any punches when it comes to describing the toll Alzheimer's takes on families. Irene spent a year trying to get her book published, suffering more than a hundred rejections in the process. The book she wrote to honor her father was finally published when Irene was sixty-three-years-old. She is on the management team of Alzauthors, a community of authors sharing their stories to light the way for others. Find out more at IreneFrancesOlson.com and her blog Babyboomersandmore.com.
