Waking Up With Esateys #2 – Experiencing Your Body With New Energy

New Energies And How It Affects The Physical Body
 It is very powerful when you learn how to effectively experience your body with the new energies that we are being introduced to in our lives right now.  We talked about some of this in our last episode.

Because of the universal energies being released right now you may be feeling strange, emotional, irrational or depressed. You may feel aches and pains that are uncommon to you.  Your energy levels may be low and maybe you're not sleeping well or can't focus. These are all normal feelings during these times of extreme energy fluctuations.

Each person processes these energies differently depending on their perception. How are you framing situations you're in right now? These energies may be amplifying the negative in your life and they can also amplify the great things that are occurring.  It all depends on where your focus is.

Each and every cell in your body has it's own immune system. They can hang on to negative events or emotions just as easily as they can flush them away, depending on your perception. The more you flush out the negativity the better chance you have to let the light in, which allows for more humor and happiness.

Sleep is a huge factor in your ability to flush out the low or negative frequencies.

REST MORE, SLEEP MORE. Make your sleep area be an environment that promotes resting peacefully.

Don't watch any TV that may be stressful. You may not even be aware that what you're watching or playing on your iPad or phone is subconsciously keeping you from falling asleep. Don't watch thrillers or dramas before you go to bed.

I say this every night before sleeping, "Take Me Beyond Where It Is That My Mind Knows to Go".

You may not know this but you release incongruent energies during your sleep at night. Visualize what you want your life to be like before you sleep. If you think about uplifting things, you put yourself in a better conscious state.

The more aware you are of how your body functions the more supportive it will be for you.

Be cognizant of your body and how it feels and it will help you achieve what you never thought possible.
