Kara is a Holistic Physiotherapist, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Wellness Expert.


Kara’s past decade of life experience has been anything but conventional, and through that she’s constantly creating a meaningful life through travel, entrepreneurship, and yoga.

Over the past decade Kara has developed a specialty in chronic pain and stress management through the evolution of her work and business as she weaves Western and Eastern Medicine & Philosophy.


She is the owner of Bodhi Wellness Centre in Deep River, Ontario where you can find her treating clients by day and running yoga and meditation classes by night.


She believes that the body and mind are inextricably linked and that we cannot find balance in one without balance in the other.
