In this episode, I am chatting with the Founder of meal planning software, That Clean Life, Abigail Keeso Hopkins.

That Clean Life is a Toronto-based nutrition planning software for health and wellness professionals, recently acquired by Practice Better.

That Clean Life exists to empower health professionals with tools and education.

I first met Abigail when I was working for one of Canada’s Top Grocery Retailers as the Community Marketing Manager.

Back then, she had a vision to help the community eat healthier with done for you meal plans.

Today, That Clean Life is a global Nutrition Software used by 100’s and 1000’s of Nutritionists, Health Practitioners, Naturopathic Doctors & Health Coaches.

Abigail Hopkins (and her husband Chris who is the co-founder) have created something incredibly visionary with That Clean Life, and you’re going to love hearing how it all began.
