 BOOK PODCAST #2
As I shared with my visitors and listeners in Vigaland Podcast 16, this new series of podcasts bring you, chapter by chapter, my memoir of childhood sexual abuse, specifically incest, “NO TEAR FOR MY FATHER”.  If you haven’t yet listened to Vigaland Podcast 16, I’d suggest you do that now so you will know where today’s podcast begins. The first chapter was too long to present in one podcast, so I had to cut it in two. In Podcast #16, I introduced listeners to my early childhood in the Darlinghurst/Kings Cross area of Sydney, Australia. I lived there during the school week with a kindly Australian woman, Mrs. Nastrom, her alcoholic husband, and her adult son, Desi.
In today’s podcast, you will meet my only other friend on the days I lived at Darlinghurst/Kings Cross and also hear about my first sexual encounter when I was still very young and attending a Catholic primary school.

Your comments and feedback on these narrations would be most welcomed. It makes me wonder just a little less if anyone is listening or even cares about a little girl who was sexually molested, not just by her father, but by others, as she was growing up. She is far from alone in this experience, given the staggering statistics on child sexual abuse, but when it was happening, she believed she was the only one in the world living with this shame. It is for others like her that I wrote ‘NO TEARS FOR MY FATHER” and why I am podcasting my entire book now. Please share this url with others who may need to hear my story. Thank you.
