Performing His Word

[Isa 55:10-11; Jer 1:12]

Isa 55:10-11 (NASB) – “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it produce and sprout, And providing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; [11] So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding [in the purpose] for which I sent it.

I use this verse in prayer often. When I use His Words they are successful and accomplish His will.

Jer 1:12 (NASB) “… I am watching over My word to perform it.”

God will perform His Word, if you will believe it and speak it! We have the authority to preach the gospel, and speak the Word of God on the earth.

God’s Words will not return to Him empty, without accomplishing what He desires. His Words will carry out His purpose. The greatest answers to prayer come when you speak His promises, and remind Him of what He has said.

My Prayer:

Just as sure as the rain falls from the sky and does not return without watering the earth, to cause the crops to grow, God’s Word accomplishes its purpose, and His will. Father, Your Words are not empty, Your Words carry salvation, healing, and deliverance. And I speak Your Words in faith, and they pour out salvation, healing, and deliverance.

Lord, You have sent Your Word, and I proclaim it on the earth. You have promised me that if I lay hands on the sick they will recover (Mk.16:18). Well, with my hands on, I have spoken Your words of healing, and I fully expect my friend to be healed. Thank You for watching and performing Your Word.

Thank You Father for Your wonderful, powerful Word. Amen.

God bless you my friend,
