I’m always so hesitant to share struggles that are more personal with you because I feel like as a mindset expert, I shouldn’t struggle with these things. But I’m human, and we all experience overthinking and overwhelm, it’s natural. But I want to share how my process of overcoming it because I think it’ll be really helpful for you today.
