Baby Bryan Green was rushed to the hospital as he became unresponsive while in the care of his dad. The injuries were suspicious but prosecutors didn't feel there was enough information/evidence to charge his dad with the murder. This is another case where the authorities and the system failed another victim of child abuse in New Mexico.
