It’s been a painful sports week in the Hames Household, and I’m not at all sure I’m completely over it just yet, to be perfectly honest. Obviously, I’m a big Houston Texans’ fan, and that Monday night game in New Orleans has been a very difficult pill for me to swallow. So, some serious comfort food is in order at our house, and I can’t think of anything more comforting than something like brisket, or ribs, or pork butt with BBQ sauce slathered all over it, can you? So, we could get in the car and drive to one of our favorite hole-in-the-wall BBQ joints, or we could break out the old standby smoker and cook it ourselves. Or we could save ourselves a lot of time and a long, sleepless night by using a pellet grill, instead.
