Jennie has identified "spiraling thoughts" and that we should "make a switch" in Sessions 1 & 2. 

Then she gave us "weapons" to fight the battle of or minds in Session 3 & 4.

Now she gives us a "new way to live" and instructs us into having the "mind of Christ" in Sessions 5 & 6.
