Michael Anthony is the author of the best-selling book Think Unbroken and is a coach, mentor, and advocate for adult survivors of child abuse.. Michael spends his time helping other survivors get out of "The Vortex" to become the hero of their own story and take their lives back. Michael hosts The Michael Unbroken podcast and blogs weekly at www.ThinkUnbroken.com  We take a deep dive into his life story of surviving childhood abuse and trauma into eventually thriving in adulthood with accountability and intention.  His story and mission are so compelling, I am so honored to share it with all of you.  He is now talking about his experience and mentoring survivors of child abuse to create profound change in this world.  We learn about what ‘Think Unbroken’ means to him and how he began a very deep healing process through accountability, as well as what he was willing to do to create the life that he now has.  We also touch on the profound invitation that COVID and “quarantine” has given us to drop into our personal abilities and on his open letters to America about racism in the midst of the Black Lives Matter movement where he highlights our society in relation to being proactive vs. reactive.  In the end, Michael leaves us with some wonderful words of wisdom about how to empower yourself in trauma work with a declaration of health and so much more!
