Talk about soup-er inspiring, my guest today is Nicci Clark, founder of Re:Nourish the world’s first fresh soup in a microwavable and fully recyclable bottle.

Nicci was a Critical Care Nurse and after seven years in a busy London hospital, Nicci learnt that eating nutritious food is crucial for a healthy lifestyle. Passionate about food and health, she qualified as a nutritionist and trained reflexologist to then start Nourished which later down the line became Re:Nourish.
