In our society, being emotional or showing our emotions isn't perceived as ok. It's even perceived as a weakness. As a result of this perception, we swallow our unpleasant emotions and try to suppress them.

The truth is that no one taught us how to deal with our 'negative' emotions so we just don't want to live them. And as we try to suppress them, they get bigger and bigger. Today, let's talk about how to manage in a healthy way your emotions.
