We discuss what transferable skills are, why they are so important, and a process you can go through to identify your transferable skills.

We also talk about the importance of proactively developing transferable skills as part of your career development plan.

Jeanne brings more than 25 years of business experience and executive level leadership roles with Fortune 500 and start-up companies across Health Care, Medical Manufacturing, and Human Resource offerings.  Jeanne was a VP of Sales and a General Manager at Hill-Rom in the health care space. As VP of Sales and Client Services at ChildrenFirst, she worked with CEO’s and CHRO’s of companies including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, KPMG, Deloitte, General Mills, Booze Allen Hamilton, and Viacom, bringing solutions for employers and benefits for their employees.

Jeanne has an MBA from the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh and is a certified Retirement Coach in the Life Options Program.
