I was once a corporate refuge living in bland land, until I got sick and tired of being boring, fake and ordinary.

Today I'm a workplace futurist, company culture architect and ring master of the Theatre of U. Now I get to spend my days doing what I love - helping people and brands uncover and amplify what makes them unique.

Each week on this show I draw back the curtains to reveal a person or brand who has stepped into their own uniqueness and are playing a starring role in their own show. It's unscripted, it's real and a lot of fun too!

On today's show my special guest is an uber cool Russian born marketing maven Oksana Koriakova. After completing her Bachelor of Education in Samara State University, Oksana made the decision to pursue her childhood dream of one day owning her own business.

Identifying a gap in the market she entered the trade industry importing high-end electronic and consumer goods. In little over 3 years she built the profitable business before successfully exiting.

A few months later whilst on a business trip to Australia she fell in love with the culture and lifestyle. Shortly after she made the decision to leave Russia and move to the land down under.

She worked in the corporate world for the next few years before starting her next business: Gifts On The Run. A corporate gifts service supplying some of the biggest brands around the country and winning multiple industry awards along the way.

Throughout this process she realised that more than just gifts majority of her clients were simply looking for a marketing solution that would help them stand out in the market place, get their brand in front of key decision makers whilst getting a good return on their investment.
