The Working Woman Radio Show invited, personal trainer and owner of InclusIF Fitness, Patrice Peters, into the studio to talk about exercising for life.

Ms. Peters talked about the benefits of regular exercise and how it can create a better quality of life.

 

More About Patrice Peters

Patrice Peters discovered her passion for fitness in 1996 when she was a student earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in New York.

Shortly after completing a Masters degree in Public Administration, she decided to venture out on her own. In 2007, Patrice opened InclusIF Fitness studio. This work has extended to partnerships which include City Club of Buckhead in Atlanta, Emory Wellness Center and a variety of local community centers. 

In 2014, Peters decided to expand her business enterprise and opened Cosmic Energy Fitness Studio. She partnered with a variety of talented and passionate instructors and offered a wide spectrum of creative dance and fitness classes. 

In 2020, Ms. Peters decided to return to school, and earned a Paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia. Her mission is to deliver aid wherever she can, be it in a legal environment, or in a fun, high-energy workout session.

The Elevate! talk show is proud to announce our inaugural Mother’s Day Furniture Makeover.Just like the title says, we will makeover and restore a piece of furniture for the deserving mom in your life. Whether she’s your biological mom, a step-mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, or a godmother, it doesn’t matter.

ReVamped Furnishings, our furniture restoration company located in Atlanta, Georgia, is sponsoring this project and will refinish the piece free of charge.

Then snap some pictures of the piece of furniture that you would like for us to restore. Tell us why your mom deserves to have this piece refinished, along with your contact information. Then email your pictures and information to elevateytchannel@gmail.com.

We will choose ONE piece of furniture from the entries that are sent in and announce the winner on our show on May 1, 2021.

But hurry because you only have one week. The contest ends Friday, April 30th. Also, this contest is for local metro-Atlanta residents only.
