#88 Metabolic Flexibility During Coronavirus Quarantine

This has been a surreal few weeks guys!

Today Steve and I wanted to just show up and chat with you about some of our experiences during this Covid19 quarantine. Much of the world's population have been instructed to stay in their homes and most non essential businesses are closed. Yet many others who are essential workers are giving everything they have to take care of the sick during this crisis, or to keep the country stocked up on toilet paper. Seriously who knew toilet paper would be this big a deal?!?

We know we all have a part to play during this time. If your part is to simply do nothing that comes with its own type of stress. How do you handle the next 30+ days?

Today we are talking about a few of our strategies to work through the next 30 days. We have also experimented with some metabolic flexibility in the last couple of weeks. It's interesting how being keto for so long has afforded us a measure of metabolic flexibility that we did not have before.

The most important plan we have is to laugh every day!
