Cullen is a people and process leader from the smallest of start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. He has a proven record of helping companies scale and grow by using his strengths in problem-solving, connecting others, developing leaders, and communication. His faith in Christ propels him to serve and love his teams each step of the way. At 36, Cullen was the Division Vice President for Dollar General where he led a team of 18,000 employees across 2,000 stores, managed profit and loss responsibility for more than $3 billion in revenue and established the division’s strategic direction and operating priorities, values and leadership culture. He helped THRIVE Farmers Coffee scale to support 1600 Chick-fil-A restaurants. He helped Crown & Caliber, an online luxury watch marketplace build the systems and processes to grow their revenue 3x in 24 months.   He helped a 145-year old home improvement company reinvent their brand and launch an e-commerce business and is now working with the largest gym franchisee in the country.

Cullen is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and served in the U.S. Army as a field artillery officer. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. But by far, his most significant career impact is his investment in others. He cares deeply about each person on his teams: their success and growth as a professional and a person. He commits that any person on his team always has an express pass to chat about life and career. He still gets calls from people on his team from 20 years ago.   Cullen and his wife of 20 years, Sarah and their two children live in Austin, Texas.
