Bynes is a self-professed Leadership Development fanatic who is obsessed with helping individuals realize their highest potential.  He  has over 25 years of experience working with senior-level leaders of Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in diverse industries, and has broad experience and skills in areas critical to enhancing leadership, team and organizational performance. Spencer’s business background includes his current role as Vice President of Business Development for LHH, most recently as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Accendo International. He has held various leadership roles with Coca Cola North America, The University of Texas at Austin, and Clear Channel Worldwide.  He is the proud father of two daughters and has been blessed to be married to his wife of 25 years.  He grew up in Corsicana Texas and is a proud Sam Houston State University graduate.
