We welcomed Randi Rubenstein this week, and she provided us with intuitive coaching life skills that can teach us how to better have productive conversations with our children. Anxiety looks different in kids as it does as in adults- and we have to find ways to let our kids feel safe without sugarcoating anything. Knowledge is power when we’re not scared to discuss it.
