Sticks and Stones: Words Matter
Welcome to Start By Listening! We are excited to have you on this journey with us toward healing and transformation. Start By Listening is a podcast about sexual harm, trauma and advocacy. We are diving into all things trauma this season and all things on how we begin to heal our lived trauma! So glad you could join us!
Sticks and stones may break our bones, but words will never hurt us? Words can cut deep. In this episode,Terri Crowe our advocacy coordinator and "legal advocate with attitude" shares what words you should use and which ones to avoid in regard to sexual harm.
