View this post on Instagram Well race runs took a nasty spiral for me yesterday. Was on an alright run from what I could remember until I got a bit off line coming into this little gap but was already committed and sent me for a swift left right goodnight for a couple minutes and definitely my most scariest crash ever. Got the all clear from the hospital last night and there is nothing other than a sore neck and a big old concussion so gonna take the next couple weeks out to recover up.
