We chat about our current struggles — guidelines for COVID and asthma being contradictory and how that affects Kristen; Roo still waiting for her COVID results — as well as laughing so we don’t cry. (For example, Kristen attempts explaining reality TV show plotlines to an incredulous Roo.)

BJ also responds to the anxiety many of us have been having around COVID and leads us through a soothing meditation.
