“I’m Frank, with All Windows and Doors Plus. And I started working with Ronda and her RondaReady system about a year ago. Knowing I was going to be selling my business down the road and retire. And she got me organized with everything on paper for the new owner. So, he’d have an asset to progress faster and easier.
The program came with a lot of things I didn’t understand at the time. And we got a manual so that a secretary or another individual could run the program while I was still out selling. Or while the new owner was out selling. And that way, the program would help organize the new owner as well as myself.
The biggest benefit (to the RondaReady System) was organizing my files. And letting me see what my customers were saying and doing. And basically getting me on track.
I used to have a hundred manila folders full of papers and things. And this is now in the computer where I can just go and pull it up and look at it. And see all the stuff that’s in there. All the forms are now in the computer where I can find them very easily.
So, I highly recommend that you look at this program.
And work with Ronda to get yourself organized. And use the system as a tool for getting more assets for a new buyer.”
