Hey, I just need to share something with you, today. Because it made me feel really good. And I want you to feel that way, too. So, I was in a meeting this morning. And a professional colleague of mine complimented me. He said, “You always make others feel important.” And you know what? That’s what it’s all about. Right? Because you ARE important.

You are important and it’s important to help others feel that way, too.
Yeah, that’s what you and I are here for. And we do it in different ways.
So, what do I do to make you feel important?
