Our topic today is Leave It or Roll it!? Which deals with what to do with your retirement plan when you leave your employer. It’s very common in our practice to work with clients who are transitioning jobs or, who have decided to retire. An important decision that goes along with your exit is how to handle your retirement plan, either 401(k), 403(b) or 457 plan. There are several different options, and in this episode we will review the pros and cons of those options and possibly a few not considered in the past.
