As an introductory episode to the podcast, I share the journey and processes I went through to create it in the first place. I had to repeatedly explore what this podcast will be about, and why am I even starting a podcast at all.

Amidst the steps taken, I formulated a simple exercise that helped me shape the answers I was looking for. This exercise allowed me to take a step back and gain an objective point of view, breaking down my personality and life drivers into three categories:

Passions, skills and interests.

Through better understanding each one, and playing around with how they work together in unison, I discovered some helpful insights along the way.

This exercise not only helped me shape the foundation of this podcast and pave the way forward for it, but also proved helpful to others I encountered along the way.
