Due to technical difficulty, and a time crunch, Keith wraps up this 2 part series as a solo episode. Continuing to review what Jesus said, “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). After a quick revieew of some of the points we made in the previous installment, Keith shares a few final points.

Check out show notes from the previous installment, but working from memory, Keith mentions:

* Repent
* Honor God’s Law
* Love Your Enemies
* Seek God’s Kingdom
* Ask, Seek, Knock

continuing on, only a handfuul of the laws found on our referenced web site are covered. The final two being the two great commands to love the lord, and the next one like it. to love your neighbor as yourself. According to Paul, all the law can be summed up in the command to love your neighbor. It's a command to not only love those who are lovable, or in the same social stratisphere as yourself, but to love the one who might be hard to love.

As a final bonus, Keith shares part of a recent Bible study, where Paul writes to the Romans. In the brief span of a bout 9 verses, at least 24 commands are listed. The first group in how believers ought to be treating each other. Here's a short list from Romans 12:9-13.

* Real love, deep love, no faking it.
* Hate evil, cling to good.
* honor each other,
* Be patient in affliction,
* Be persistent in prayer
* Share with believers in need.
* Pursue hospitality.

here's another short list, this time from Romans 12:14-18 and focusing on others who may actually want to do you harm. It still applies to fellow believers as well.

* Bless those who persecute you.
* Bless and do not curse.
* rejoice with the joyful, and weep with the mourners.
* live in harmony, not being proud
* Do what's right, not repaying evil for evil.
* live honorably.

Yikes! those are tough enoughcommands to live up to with people you like, let alone maintaining that standard wuith those who might want to feed you to the lions.
