A Podful of Saints, a St Albans City fan podcast, is back and Jake and Lee waste no time in reflecting upon another tight 2-1 defeat for the Saints, this time against play-off hopefuls Dartford. 

Away from the league the Saints face Kings Langley in the semi-final of the Herts Senior Cup on Tuesday evening. With that in mind, our hosts ask whether the County cups still matter at this level of football and whether they can be a help or a hindrance to a club’s campaign. The boys also discuss the return of Frankie Musonda to Clarence Park on loan and there is time as always for Lee’s shirt of the week.
