In this standalone sermon we discussed our hope as believers in the midst of world crisis. We were reminded that God is sovereign over every aspect of creation, and even uses events in the world for His will. God's Word also reminded us that our salvation is certain; God will save His people either from tribulation or through it. Finally, we saw how God's word promises that the Gospel will prevail; the propagation of the Gospel is a testimony that Christ's Kingdom is greater than the kingdoms of man. In a world that is in turmoil, our assurance is that we stand on a firm foundation--Jesus Christ.
