Rachel Haddad is a certified personal trainer, certified health coach, a middle school math teacher, and the founder of Chronic Movement. At the age of 24, she began to notice changes in her body. By age 28 she would be diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Although this diagnosis was life-shattering, Rachel refused to accept the reality that she would have to solely depend on medication for the rest of her life.She spent countless hours researching the best diet for optimal health. She discovered that the whole food plant-based diet was the best diet to help calm her body down. Soon she would incorporate pillars of lifestyle medicine such as daily movement and meditation to support her overall health.
