Veterinary oncologist Dr. Alice Villalobos has prepared two pet Quality of Life Scales (below) to give pet parents and professionals an objective way to assess the effects of cancer, aging, and other diseases upon an animal's life. This information can be used in making euthanasia decisions in the animal's best interest.
