PEP Talk – Visceral Reaction to the Pandemic – Episode #15.75
Welcome to today’s’ PEP Talk – Visceral Reaction to the Pandemic – Episode #15.75.
Some people are experiencing a rather intense reaction to the pandemic. In today’s PEP Talk, I discuss a potential root cause of unexpected reactions to the pandemic.
I recorded this podcast before the death of George Floyd; however, I believe the information in this podcast, particularly the second part of the podcast, regarding grace and compassion, applies to the divisiveness surrounding the current tragedy.
In this podcast, I reference two other podcasts which I have included links for below. I said Curiosity Versus Fear was episode 7; however, it was episode 8.
PEP Talk – Control – Episode #1
PEP Talk – Curiosity Versus Fear – Episode #8
I recently read this quote and I wanted to share it with you: “No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.” -Nelson Mandela
In honor of love, I have a challenge for you. I will share more about this in the next week or two so please stay tuned!
Please take a few minutes to listen to today’s PEP Talk – Visceral Reaction to the Pandemic – Episode #15.75, and I encourage you to do one thing today purposefully to attain true PEP for life.
