I’m sharing my traumatic birth story when I had Liam as well as my postpartum journey and how this show began.

I am also getting into why the proper nourishment for our bodies is so important as well as advocating for your own health. You simply must be your own advocate!

Please keep in mind that you must always give your body some grace and be kind to yourself.
