In today's episode we talk with Dr. Alvin Danenberg about his current state of health while battling cancer. Von Eaglin talks about setting boundaries in toxic relationships.

If you have been following along for the last year, we have been following Dr. Al on his alternative cancer treatment journey. Dr. Alvin Danenberg was diagnosed with a form of bone marrow cancer, Multiple Myeloma, in September of 2018. He was originally given 3-6 months to live, and he has surpassed his prognosis! His treatment plan does not include chemotherapy, and is mainly natural methods. Things like immunotherapy, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) Therapy, Nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory foods, supplements and exercise.

Today he talks with us about his most recent appointment with his oncologist and what his labs are showing. He talks about how he is feeling with his current therapies, and what the future looks like from his point of view.
Setting Boundaries in Toxic Relationships
Von Eaglin joins us today to talk about setting boundaries in toxic relationships. There should be boundaries in any relationship, whether it's toxic or not. But the ones that are a little bit more unstable will require stricter boundaries. Von is a licensed professional counselor who focuses his research on couple relationships dialogue.

Today he gives us some tips on how to properly set and enforce these boundaries. This can be beneficial for both parties in a relationship because it can prevent future hurts and problems. The majority of us have dealt with or are in some sort of toxic relationship and could use this advice, so don't miss it.
